2. Description of Service

adoneclick provides a platform that allows users to connect their advertising accounts (including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads) to their CRM systems. Our Service automatically collects leads from connected advertising platforms and syncs them to designated CRM applications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Google Ads Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Ads via Google's APIs. By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize us to access your Google Ads account data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Your use of Google Ads is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not store Google API data longer than necessary to provide the Service, unless you request otherwise.

5.2 Facebook Ads Integration

Our Service integrates with Facebook Ads via Facebook's APIs. By connecting your Facebook Ads account, you authorize us to access your Facebook Ads account data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Your use of Facebook Ads is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Facebook Platform Policy. We do not store Facebook data longer than necessary to provide the Service, unless you request otherwise.

5.3 CRM Integrations

Our Service may integrate with various third-party CRM systems. Your use of such CRM systems is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
